BIO
Peyman H. Rad, Esq., with nearly 30 years of legal experience, has been a dedicated advocate in personal injury, mediation, family law, and civil litigation. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Doctor of Jurisprudence, he is licensed to practice in all California and Federal Courts, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Known for his integrity, empathy, and effective negotiation and litigation skills, Mr. Rad has achieved numerous successful outcomes for his clients.
He excels in mediation and arbitration, serving on the Santa Clara Superior Court's mediation panel, and has extensive experience in the high technology sector and real estate disputes. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Rad is committed to mentorship and making a meaningful difference through his humanitarian spirit.

Jeffrey D. Janoff, Esq

BIO
For over 40 years, Jeffrey D. Janoff has worked tirelessly for clients injured by motor vehicle accidents, defective products, dog bites, and unsafe premises. He has helped clients who have been the victim of bad faith insurance practices, and sexual harassment or discrimination in the workplace. Mr. Janoff has been selected as a Super Lawyer every year since 2010. He is AV-Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and holds a Superb rating on AVVO.

In addition to his many years of law practice, Mr. Janoff continues to serve as a Judge Pro Tem and Small Claims Temporary Judge for the Santa Clara Superior Court. He has been President of the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyer Association and is a former member of the Santa Clara County Child and Adolescent Advisory Commission and past chair of the Consumer Affairs Commission.
